Shalom School's small class sizes and faculty skilled in differentiated instruction mean that each child is both challenged and supported in the classroom. For students who benefit from additional resources, our Instructional Support program offers assistance for individual students across the curriculum. Specially trained staff offer push-in, pull-out, and small group instruction. Each child in the program has a Student Learning Plan tailed to the students specific needs/targets. Progress is continuously monitored and is communicated in partnership with parents/guardians to meet every child's needs.
While Shalom School does not provide full educational assessment services or more extensive tutoring or therapies (such as Speech, O.T., etc.), we do refer families to private and public resources and assist in helping them access services.
